Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

  1. Good review and great pictures. The killer for me is no elevator, which kills my knees after a bit. Great location and fair prices. Thanks for your information. Regards
  2. Thanks for websites Tazzydevil. I tried internet search but could not find it. Regards
  3. Thanks to you all for the info. Kerratti Home Stay was the name I was looking for but the prices seem unreasonable even for high season. I did see Robins Nest and Diana Dragon Apartments in same general area. Will contact them all before next visit this summer. As long as I have hot water and air con I am OK. I NEVER leave anything of value in my room either in Thailand or the US. Regards to all.
  4. Anyone in town know the name and phone # of apartments across from Champagne A GOGO on Soi LK Metro/ New building with natural wood front and reception area. Looking for palce in that area for 6 weeks this summer. Thanks for your help. Lost my notes from last visit. Regards
  5. I will arrive around 1:30PM so hopefully my timing will be right. I know everything can't be booked solid. Most likely hotels are hoping for long term visitors, not short timers. Thanks for your help. Pussaholic
  6. ???Arriving in Pattaya for two days December 22nd. All of the hotels I have contacted say no rooms are available. What are my chances of finding a room as a walkup at this time? Thanks, Pussaholic
  7. I knew NOTHING about Pattaya before I accessed this site. Visited first time in December. Hit FLB meeting first nite and made friends and found two tour guides. Didn't stay with same guides, but did see friends for breakfasts, etc numerous times during stay. Need friends? Hit FLB. Also go on OFB prowls if they are at FLB. Fear of muggings, etc? If a place feels bad? leave. Only falang in bar? Leave. If you wouldn't feel comfortable doing something in your own country, it probably isn't safe doing it in Thailand. Bring a few dollars and have the time of your life! PUSSAHOLIC
  8. The buses leave at 9AM and 1PM. Cost b200. You arrive below Bangkok and transfer to minibus. Mine had three passengers. Took about three hours total time. Just did this last Saturday. I have heard that there is an airport bus from main station in Bangkok but dont know about the hours or time it takes. Regards, Pussaholic
