Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Did you ultimately manage to sell this house? Did you get the asking price? I am just curious as I am looking to buy in the area, and trying to understand the behaviour of the property market in Pattaya... there seems to be real extremes as to what you can get price wise.
