Opps that should have been metres

I have a condo in View Talay 2A (101 sq ft) which is in need of some internal painting (just walls). Does anyone know a reliable painter that will be available from March 19th 2015. We live in UK so I would need to organise everything before we arrive in Thailand. As I know no-one who speaks Thai in the UK I would need someone that speaks good enough English to deal with me over the phone or email. Any help gratefully received and many a pint shall be given in March
