Hi I've just come back from Pattaya spent all of October at Residence Garden and can not fault the place very good staff and very guest friendly and as for the road works I don't think they've done any thing for the last two years ? Have Fun.

Hi I'm coming to Pattaya in October and would like some recommendations about these two Hotels. I've stayed at the Sabai Lodge back in 2005 and it was O.K but I understand that Standards have now gone down hill, i.e late laundry no pool side towels and room cleaning service not good plus a price Hike in the room prices.
