I read the autobiography of Felix Dennis (guy who started Maxim magazine & came up about the same time as Branson). He's only worth half a billion USD or so, not married, & does not own a boat nor a plane. He said, "If it flies, floats or fornicates, it's cheaper to just rent". I've been out on the Edina.
