  1. OK. I think it will be Areca. Thanks a lot for your answers!
  2. Hi everyone! I am planning a trip to Pattaya in July-August. Right now I am thinking about where to stay... I stayed at Arecea Lodge 2005-2006 and really liked it (I think it's the perfect place to stay!) but I haven't been there since. Is it still girl-friendly? No problems with guests? I remember there was a discussion about Areca changing their "profile" to attract families and other tourist categories, etc. What is the situation right now? Would be greatful from some insights!
  3. Sounds great! I definately agree on the pool view thing. Thanks!
  4. I have decided to stay at Areca Lodge during my trip in June. I have stayed there once before and I really liked it. There were no deluxe rooms (with KINGSIZE bed) available, so I booked a standard double room. What should I expect? Anyone tried? Are they OK? I can mention that the alternative would have been a standard room at Eastiny Place hotel in Soi 8.
  5. I used them last year in April. The cars are very nice and the servíce good. I don't remember exactly, but I definately paid more than 1500 baht. I think it was more like 2500 baht.
  6. I strongly recommend Areca Lodge. Very nice! The only disadvantage I can think of is that you have to cross 2nd road every time you are going out.
  7. I am planning a trip to Pattaya in April and I am thinking about staying at Area Lodge. It looks nice and there are lot's of good reports on that hotel. What's their guest policy? Would you say it's guest friendly? Can you bring more than one girl at the same time? Greatful for some info.
