Hi has anyone heard any more about the possibility of Nok Air to quit flying, there was an article in the Nation last week but I have not heard anymore, I was planning to use them to fly from Udon Thani to Chiang Mai in Novemeber as they were the only airline that flies direct on that route. Thanks.

I have stayed at the Ochard Hotel many times, very nice Hotel at the end of Orchard road, you can get the Singapore stopover bus (hop on hop off free if you have flown with Singapore Airlines otherwise about two dollars) from outside and there are numerouse shopping malls within walking distance and the MRT(Orchard) is about a five minute walk.

I have stayed at the Imperial Mai Ping on my last three visits and have booked it again for next year . Just a few minutes to the night market by Tuk Tuk cost around fifty Baht.

Thanks I think I might spend it in Chiang Mai next year I hear it's only on for the three days.

Can some one give me info abaout Songkran please. IE I heard in Pattaya it goes on all week, but is full in the face from day one or does it build up towards the end of the week, also does it go on into the evening or is there a general cut off time. Any help would be appreciated.
