I'm thinking of booking a few nights in Pattaya, then having a look around and moving to another hotel if I find something I like better. Is this advisable?.. I'm going to be in Pattaya 22 November through 17 December. Will the rates be better or worse if I walk in,, versus booking by internet or phone? Thanks

Any info on Dynasty Inn is appreciated. 1. Girl friendly? Extra charge for guest? 2. How close to main action? to beach? to walking street? 3. Room quality? Safe in room? Quiet? Nice pool? Internet access in or near hotel? Thanks.
