This site seems to be for the younger set but I like the honesty of the replies so here goes!! We are a retired couple - quite mobile! looking for somewhere to stay for a month in February 2006 which is clean respectable and obviously on a limited income, reasonably priced. Did some queries on apartments in Jomtien area but after reading your messages, having second thoughts. Fair Properties want you to pay £378 for month's rental when booking then want another £378 when you arrive and they say they deduct water & electricity from that and then return to you whats left at en
