I am told it is on the other side of Budda hill somewhere by the Royal Cliff Resort. The actual address is 437 Phra Tamnak Road but you can find all in info at http://www.starwoodhotels.com/sheraton/sea...propertyID=1549 As to being guest friendly I would guess yes. I have been taking ladies into the Sheraton in Bangkok for years with no problem so assume it will be just the same in Pattaya. However the only way to really know is try. It opens on 1st August and I am booking in on the 9th so will report back then
