Got a friend coming in on the 28th of July, but won't be landing until 22:00, coming in from Taiwan on KLM Airlines. What's your pickup time?

Try Kerdee Travel, Soi Skaewbeach off of 2nd Road.

Farman - I could go cheap, but I have no idea how others want to spend their money, and if a person is green to pattaya, it's better to have more than less for transportation and food.
When I just hang with the girls and eat at the stalls on the street corners, I pay about 30 Baht per meal for me and the girls, which is usually 3 dishes and rice for everyone. But if a guy isn't comfortable eating at anything less than Sizzler-Royal Garden decor restaurants, well then the 300 Baht makes sense right?
As for travel, it all depends on how fast you want to get someplace and how much walking you want to do. If you just hang out between 2nd Road and Beach Road, then Baht Buses all day long at 5 Baht per ride (if you can get away with it, which I can). Otherwise if you're thinking about going up the hill and want to get dropped off at a specific spot, then Motortaxi's at 30 to 50 Baht one way.
And when it comes to how much a guy wants to spend on women, well I like to have 3 ladies a day, and spend no more than 2000 Baht per day on the ladies, 2 short time and 1 long time, I usually get away with not paying the bar fine. Some might think at 2000 Baht I'm spending too much, and others will say it's impossible to get away with so little. Personally I don't know, but that's my experience.

Sandy Springs is a great hotel, two negatives, and this totally depends on what you need. 1) No in-room internet connection if you need one for work. 2) No monthly rate if you're gonna be staying for more than 2 weeks.
Other than that it's a great location almost in the middle of Soi 13, so it makes it convenient for going out as well as coming back.

First off, book a room on the monthly rate. For a nice room expect to shell out just under 20k Baht, that's the entire month, and includes room cleaning everyday and electricity. If you can do with room cleaning once or twice a week, you can cut the cost by about 3k Baht, and if you're only using the electricity at night that'll save another 1k Baht. That'll save you quite a bit.
Decide whether you want to pull girls from beer bars or go go's, or both. Go go girls will run on average 2000 Baht for the whole night and 1500 Baht for short time, with bar fines of 500 to 600. Beer Bar girls will run you 1000 Baht the whole night and 500 Baht short time, and 250 to 300 barfines.
Now whatever you think you're gonna spend on girls for barfine and how long you're gonna keep them.....DOUBLE IT. That should give you a good amount of money to party and drink with.
Next decide whether you're gonna eat Thai food or Farang food everyday. If you're eating Farang food all the time, expect to spend 1500 Baht a day for you and any girls you take. If you stick with all Thai food, you could get by as cheap as 300 Baht a day including the girl's portions.
Finally have a 150 Baht a day for Baht Bus and motortaxi transportation.
Hope you're not planning on actually buying anything touristy....that's just a waste IMO.
