Did anyone hear about the two worms making love in dead Ernest

I have been visiting Pattaya for the last 20 years for a maximum of 4 weeks each time. I am thinking seriously about livng there permenantly. I do know most of the advantages of Pattaya and Thailand.I have a condo in Pattaya. I have read on some forums that "living here is completely different to a holiday" and "after 4 years most expats go home" etc. Could anyone who has lived in Pattaya for some time let me know of the possible disadvantages? Thank you

Bangkok bank next to Gregs kitchen, across from Soi6. I thought that was the only Bangkok bank in Pattaya

I was there about 2 weeks ago and the 4.05 was offered.

Bangkok bank on second road. Excellent service and 4.05% interest if you leave in for one year

I do know about the tor tor sam etc. but if you manage to sell your property for more than the intial value is it then a problem to get the whole amount out?

I have (almost) bought a motor bike in Pattaya.I m a house owner and have a Thai motorbike driving license.Could anyone tell me if there are diffculties in "change of ownership" etc. How does one go about this? Thank you

I have recently taken and passed the test for a Thai motorbike driving license.Someone told me that it is also possible to obtain a Thai intl. driving license. Does anyone know how and where? Thanks Graham
