Just showed up in Pattaya Sunday stopped into Eastiny Place on soi 8, have been there before so thought it would be straight froward and simpe. I negotiate what I think is a decent rate (750 cash/night for 4 nights) but then they want another 600 baht for a mini bar deposit, I say what the??? why??? They told me many customer take from mini bar and not pay. I told them that was not the problem and I refuded to pay a 600 baht mini bar deposit.
