  7. G'day guys.. A friend and I are heading to Pattaya for the first time in November. We're both young fellas (23). Its not our first time in LOS, just Pattaya. anyways, we're looking for a place to stay for 4 nights. Has anyone stayed at The Rising Sun Hotel (www.risingsunbar.com) ??? its on Soi Yamato. originally we were going to stay at Dynasty Inn, as Sand Springs and Inn House are both booked... but i found the rising sun website, and now i'm thinking the extra money dynasty costs would be better spent on foods, drinks, etc. thanks.
