I'm leaving for Pattaya Thursday. I'm leaving with 50,000 baht for a week's stay. I will be paying for a hotel with this (1000 baht/night), which leaves me with 43,000 baht to spend on food, drinks, girls, and transportation. I will be barfining a girl every night. Can I get by with this (a little over 6,000/day)? Thanks, JDS

Ekamai Bus Station serves the destinations east of Bangkok. Mo Chit services the destination north of Bangkok. Pattaya is east of Bangkok. Why would you go north to go east?? Going via Ekamai is the most direct way to Pattaya.

Got an email from MaMaison saying they were fully booked until 3rd or 4th week of January..

Isn't Emekmai Bus Station closer and cheaper?

Redwood, Thanks for the reply. I knew about their website. Strangely, there are no prices listed for their rooms on the website. I have emailed them (a couple of days ago), but have yet to get a response. Anybody know their prices?

The reason I ask is because every hotel I have contacted up to now has said they have no rooms available. I'm hoping if I don't get booked in advance eventually, that I'll be able to get something when I get there.
