Hi, I will be back in pattaya on the 25th of this month for the long haul and I am wondering can anyone suggest a Thai language school so that I can learn to speak, read, and wrtie thai. Factors for consideration are cost and, can they give me a letter for an education visa?

I am planing my trip for june 7th - june 30. So far eva has the cheapest rate for round trip tickets from Seattle, WA USA to BKK. (cost after taxes is $806 US) If anyone knows of a way for a chearper flight please let me know as I will be ordering my tickets shortly.

Thanks to all that whom have posted with my questions and giving me assitence in plaining my trip. I can go any time in june or in november. My questions is this will the weather (rain and humidity) be too much in june for the average american from Seattle, WA, or do think the sooner I can go the better?

I found a package that offers land tour 7 days in bangok and 3 in pattaya for $1525 US. $2225 if I want to add air fair. I know I can save money going on my own but never being there is it really worth it ? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

I can go for 2-3 weeks any time Aug-Nov, I cant do december/Xmas due to the fact I went to mexico one year with some fraternity bro's and was gone for xmas and I never heard the end of it from my family esp my mother. So my thought was do 2-3 weeks in Aug-Nov if I like it go back for 1-2 weeks for new year 2007. Now just to make sure I understand if I go in Augest weather is hot humid and rains alot (rain I am use to I live in seattle hot and humid I am not.) If I go in Sept-Nov Not as hot but still hot compared to weather I am use to and rainy but not as much rain as in August? W

Another question where is a good place thats not too expensive for some talioring, I have read its best to travel light and pack lots of underwear. And at night its good to wear slacks with button down shirt is this true? and if so I was wondering if it would be advised to just buy some clothing there so I dont have to pack it...

Thanks for the info:) I will be taking a redeye out of seattle WA, and ariving in the afternoon. Would it be wise to take the hotel offer of pickup for 1500 baht or try to find a cab at kiosk? Also what is the weather like in i went in september vrs november? or july vrs august. I read the seasons but I like a first hand perspective from someone who was actually there. Thanks:)
