Hi there, I am a newbie and like to make friends. My wife & I is arriving in Pattaya on 14 Jan staying for a weeks. We be staying at pattaya main beach, my wife like to sunbathe topless on the beach, is it common on the beach or is it allow on the beach. Regards Dogged
