Ok, best way I can think of, get a sigh that says, i'm a rich American and I love thai girls (with it copied into thai to make things easy) and then walk down soi 6 at right about sunset during high season. Oh and have an entire outfit made out of 1k baht notes (taped together)... I think that would about do the trick. :)
  2. That's one of the more amusing things I've read in quite a while.
  3. I personally like Thai Airways. They're extremely courteous by all counts and I've never heard of anyone having a problem with them.
  4. Just a little after thought. We used one of the 800BHT taxis... bargained the guy down to 800 bht, and he paid tolls... so they took the non-highway route. Cost us less, but took about an hour longer. Worth it if you have the extra time.

  6. check the calendar. tons of people are going to be in town during that time. and i'm sure even if they aren't flying solo that they wouldn't mind too much meeting up with a board memeber.
