With the euro since its appearance I have had a low of just under 33 baht for one euro to a high of just over 53 and thats what in five years.

I spent a month in Pattaya two years ago and spent 30,000 baht including hotel. I had a live in BG that cost 6K per month.

tourists mainly go to Pattaya for the nightlife including
and every day and it's hard to do that on a 2-3000 baht budget/dayjust my view of things

Sure the airport taxi bastards are annoying and overpriced but if you travel half way aroud the world and want to lug your cases around the airport for 30 minutes to save a couple of hundred baht, then I suggest you turn round and get the next plane back.
