Recently stayed at D Apartments on Soi Boakhao, near Pattaya Klang. I was looking for an inexpensive room for a few days and a place that has 24 hour reception since I was arriving in Pattaya around 2:00 AM. D Apartments has two buildings, an older building with stairs and no lift, and a newer building with a lift and nicer amenities. I stayed in the older building, 600 bhat a night. The room was basic but clean with a large and comfy bed. Wifi was fast and free. Two bottles of complimentary water a day. Staff was excellent and friendly.
