So called "discount" airfare websites

You know, I don't put much faith in these websites that advertise the cheapest fares!....

 

I looked directly at the EVA airlines site and they have EVERYONE elses' price beat by a substantial margin.

Sure, there maybe the occasional exception to be had...

 

From LAX to BKK with a 2 hour stop in Taipei, Tawain, the fare, including over $100 USD in taxes was $704.15

This fare is based on departure in October.

 

Travelocity was the closest in fares but still above a direct EVA price.

Forget Expedia......over a $1000 for the very same thing!!

 

And....EVA is lower in price from the same departure point than Cathay Pacific, Singapore Air, AA or ANY American based airlines.

 

It really does pay(save) to look around.
