flights from Krabi to Siem Reep?

What would be the best way to get from Phi Phi to Siem Reep? Is it better to return to Bangkok, or can you fly directly from Krabi or Phuket? Which airlines go there?

You must go thru BKK. As far as I know, Bangkok Air is the only carrier for the BKK Siam Reap run.
