taxi from jomtien hell ride

just had taxi from excellant agency travel agent jomtien ,what a carry on

pick up was ok but the driver refused to stop on the services he was driving very faster than the normal taxis but when he got near bang na turned off toward bi tec of the toll road and pulled up we asked whats happenning he says in thai to my girlfriend that he needs to change drivers and taxi he has no time to go to airport he has differant job and his friend take us?

we telphone travel agent who sold us the ride who then spoke to him and told him she would telephone police if they changed taxis or drivers.

but after about 15 mins they still changed cars and driver so much for the travel agents help, we telephone the agent again but the agents phone was cut surprise surprise .

these actions made us late .and we will not recommend this travel agent to anybody.

anybody else had this problem?

Why don't you name the travel agency so we can avoid them. I think with that kind of crappy service they deserve to be named!

When members her find a good service they let other members know and the same should be when they find a bad one. Let us know who the company was so they can be avoided

Sounds like the driver was at fault rather than the travel agent. They at least tried to sort it, but when the guys a few 100k away there’s not much they can do.
