Borthers I was wondering if anyone has or has any knowledge of this new Hotel in Pattaya. As I was thinking about maybe staying here this coming year. But like all unknown hotels I want to make sure that it has no joiner fee and is girl friendly.

I visit this hotel this year, open about 1 year, good location because you can walk trough the new Avenue commercial center. No joiner, only like many hotels 300 bahts charge if you bring more than 1 girl.

This place has actually been open since May 06 according to the web site.The price of a standard room quoted on site is 2000bht a night even in low season,will send E-mail regarding longer stay rates and post response!

One thing that has put me off before I even get a reply is their policy of paying in FULL prior to even booking in!

Im not too worried about paying in full. My normal method of accommondation in Pattaya is split it between two Hotels one new and one old . Normally one south and then one north.
