Can I Buy a sim card at the airport.

 I will be in Thailand in November. Can I buy a sim card at the airport for the phone that I bought in March? Also can I activate the card myself?  I would like to have my phone up and running as soon as I can. Thanks

You may be able to pick up an Orange SIM card; The Orange counter at Terminal 1 of Bangkok International Airport is open 24-hour a day, seven days a week. You can call 0 2996 7073 to check phone availability.

You may be able to pick up a One2call SIM card at the 7-11 at the airport. If not, try the MOBILE FONERENT counters at Arrival Terminal 1 and 2.

Dprompt, you may find if there is a AM/PM 'convenience' store, a UCOM shop, a SEVEN TODAY bookshop or a DTAC shop at the airport. I may have left something out.

Orange SIM is 400 baht. Dprompt SIM is 400 - 500 baht. One2call SIM is 700 - 888 baht.
