Have't heard of a Park Hotel in Pattaya.  There is one in Bangkok on Soi 7 (near Nana Plaza).  Stayed there last year. Rooms are similar to the Dynasty/Nana. Room rate Baht1100. Phn 662 2554300 Fax 662 2554309.
