I/we Purchased a House in Chang Mai, paid cash fo it, can a lease still be put on the property. We have been together going on 5 wonderful years, and due to my work, out of those 5 wonderful years we have been physically together maybe 9 months. i Love her and we have an awsome life as she keeps me feeling young and alive.

Here i am back to ask advice from my commrads. I will be in Pattaya in November looking to buy a house with a little property for 3Mil and under, what is your advice on this issue. Would like a rural area if possible but will look at all. Need 3 bedroom single story but will look at all again. Western kitchen a must and would like furnished as we do see alot being sold on the internet furnished. Hope to hear all and if any FLB member is a Realitor will contact u upon my arrival. In November i plan to look for a house for me and my Thai Wife of 5 years. I plan on 3 Million Bth and below. Would like to know what cost other than the house will i accure in the process. I am looking for a single level, furnished, pool if i could find, 3 bedroom, and in a rural area, any advice???

My first time there was April 10-20 and the water festaval. I Loved it all and even had a cycle accident that did not dampen my spirits. Of course it hurt and i was worried about my lady who was with me. But she was fine after a couple of days of pampering. I will return this year and will take 20 or 25 days to really enjoy Pattaya and Thailand as a whole. I will have many questions before i arrive from those who has been so helpful in the information I have received. I want to party a couple of days in Bangkok before Pattaya. I hear Soi5 is a good place to start in Bangkok, any input????????? I am 53 and in Pattaya I felt 30. The Ladies are so friendly and lovely it was hard to choose one for the night. But I found one with whom I kept for 7 of my 10 days. She rocked my world and we seemed to be meant for one another. I hope to see her again and hope she is still the one i want to be with. But i know only to well what the ladies are after and will go accordingly. I have found this site so enjoyable and informative and praise those who has developed it and allow us the freedom to enjoy this wonderful experience. I have truely found a place where fantasys come true and where a man can be treated like a king. Money talks but the pleasures to be had from these lovely ladies tells me they are worth it and more. I have made friends as well. Stephen and his lovely wife at the PIM Beer Bar made me feel at home. And the FLB Bar on Walking Street is to be commended for their hospitality and willingness to make us Farlings feel welcome. I have only been back a couple of weeks and yet feel like i am lost and missing home. I know I can not be there as i would like to be but I will surely make an effort to be there as much and as often as i can. I am back at work in Iraq now and wishing i were there with all of you luckey ones who gets to enjoy those pleasures I enjoyed. I would like to leave you with this thought. You can have your hearts desire. Be with who ever you want when ever you want. And though these ladies are there to please they are still ladies and should be treated as such. I saw some scenes I will not discuss and it was not pretty. A select few can make us all look bad so be respectful and treat the lady as a lady not a (slut).
