Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

yes i recently inquired into the price of a 1br very similar to the one in this post in Jomtien Beach and was told 23,000 baht + utilities/housekeeping per month.2 months up front and 1 month security.
