I almost fully agree. That's why for the mentioned popularity chart also the Netcraft Figures are used. They're not more reliable than Alexa. But if they're fairly in agreement . . .there is some indication, just some! The big problem is, what is reliable? People showing you a copy they allege would represent their webstats? Neither!!! I think they neither can answer your question nor will give you the link of the original location of the popularity chart with all explanations and links to the sources (queries).
