Ive been tying to find Travel agents based in Pattaya to book flight from BBK to UK for my Thai wife. Cant find anything through the search engines. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Cheers, Rob.

It looks as though Northpoint is setting new standards. The potential rental return doesnt put me off or the price, but Im not sure about the location. As pointed out VT6 is probably in a more desirable location and will be finished before Northpoint. VT6 is also a good quality build from what I have heard. Ive been looking to buy property in Pattaya. The northpoint condo looks great but seems very pricey. Ive been quoted Bhat 15 million for a 3 bed condo there (BHat 112,000 per square metre). Is this price is reasonable. There also asking for 40% upfron before the building is finished. Sounds a bit risky is 40% up front also the norm? Cheers, Rob. Great website Verstein, the house mansion looks pure luxury. THe only downside Ive heard is the road going up to SRV is very congested. The vie wover Pattaya is awesome.

Im moving to Pattaya in December with the wife (Thai) and kids. I have been looking for properties on the web and I have found a very nice looking new build called Siam Royal View. Its based in East Pattaya on a hill overlooking the sea. The properties are very luxurious within a walled area with 24 hour security. I have contacted an agent who tells me I will have to wait 12 months for the house to be built. If there is anyone who lives on this new housing development and is interseted in selling there house I would be very interested. Any opinions on this development would be greatly appreciated as the wife and kids love it.
