For me its only about the location and the service... I have got a offer from the amari nova suites for 56.000 bht. But I dont like the location... If I take a condo from view talay I dont get the service! For me I like the mixed between serviced apartments and hotel. But may you can tell me a condocomplex, which deliver the same service at a good location...I would be very thankfull

I pay 67.500 bht for a month, so totally 135.000 bht...

I am just before to make my reservation for the renaissance complete? I will booking the one bedroom suite for a two month stay. So my question is on what floor and side I have to stay that I am a bit away of the noise from the bars downstaires? And do they have balconies with seaview or only poolview?

On my last bkk trip I stayed in the chic www.citichichotel.com. For bkk it is a great place with stylish rooms and the price is ok too.

Where you have found their pricelist...on lkpattaya.com??? I have checked it twice but I can not find any pricelist.

now I have booked the one bedroom corner suite at the amari nova suites, they had made the best offer for my 3 month stay and what i can see from there website it seems to be the best value for my money.

Hey peops, I am just be back from my 2 month trip from pattaya and ac...And as everytime when I be back I am going to plane my next trip. On my nex trip I will be in Pattya for 3 month from the 30th of january to the 30th of april and I would like to stay at the LK renaissance (one bedroom suite), I just checked their website but I can not find a pricelist. I have heared that they have special prices for long stays same as the royal suites hotel...I hope somebody can help me....

on my last stay in khon kaen I stayed at the sofitiel hotel...they have nice rooms and u are in the middle of the action...

When I stayed there on 2004 they had used a joiner fee of 500 bht...The pool is nice but the rooms are very simple...on my opinion u can get a lot of better hotels in pattaya!

I just got the mail from the lk group, that they will give me the one bedroomsuite for 2100bht per day... that are not the 10% I asking for but anyway better then 2250bht.

Yup excactlly...! I tihink if it is still open and still under the same management it would be a hotspot for nightwalkers...If the other clubs have to closed at 2am! PS: Yeah on the sofas upstairs I had some !SPECIAL! action too... @wayneuk: its about the gouverment changing in BKK which are sending a lot of police staff from there to Pattaya...but I think it will be just momentarily.

Ibiza boom was a disco/club that was owned by an ex-policeofficer from Pattaya... the dj who was working there before works in pepperment and their toilet crew works in marine 1 since 2 or 3 years now...I have some nice memorys of their toilets too ...The place was wellknown by hardcore-cluber because they had never closed before 10 o clock in the morning...

If u are looking for a stylish hotel, located dierct on the beachroad with a large balcony with seaviw... try the baboonabeach hotel (the best offer in pattaya for that price)...
