This is a very common problem, with wheeled luggage at any price range, replacing the new wheels for the broken ones can be cost prohibitive, when it happens to me I just buy new luggage, my experience with baggage handling, loading in and out of planes, and wheeling around airports you can get 15 - 20 trips before some thing happens, my experience, time to buy new when the wheels lose their rubber
