    Great review Mulphy as I love the area and usually stay on Soi BuaKhao, great massage place just up and across the soi from your place too.

    I stayed there for 1 month in January, total bill was around 21,000 baht, so around 2000 baht for utilities. All in all a great place to stay, great location, very clean, and very friendly staff, they were very helpful. Nice pool on the roof-top and good restaurant there also, very little construction noice. I would definitely stay here again.
