I just stayed there in May and had absolutely no problems bringing in girls to the hotel. The guards were very friendly and only asked for the girls ID. They didn't even bat an eye when I brought multiple girls at once to the room. I really did enjoy staying there and I will most likely stay there again. The back entrance is kind of hard to find, at least for me it was. If coming from Walking Street, you will pass by the mall and the McDonalds and it should be right at the end of the malls outside lower food area. You will see a small walkway going in and a small sign that says Marriott. Have fun.
