Pete, just replying to the first part of your post! I agree that the Thai goverment are totally of their trollies!!! Enforced closing hours hit all the Thai workers a lot harder than it does us old letchers!!

My TG comes from there and having visited there is no action what so ever so you will have to take a mini bus load of Tg's to keep you happy!!!!!!!!!
