I would like to note that i have not received any reply from the lk_rsvn@yahoo.com address. Tong has replyed back with confirmation of my reservation. So i guess im set. I cant say that there is any One best way to contact LKR by email to get prices. Good luck =) Lou

So, yesterday after sitting around and work and tired of waiting for the reply, I went ahead and booker the Superior room at LKR for 1800 per their website. When i was finished, it said to print the confirmation number, So i click on the Print link on the page. I get a pop up block and i tell my PC that its ok for this site.. So the page is refreshed... I notice something different. The confirmation number has changed.. I'm like WTF. I Hit the print button and a box pops up with a print friendly version of things. I print and close that window. I check my email real quick and see that i have 2 emails from LKR . One email with one confirmation number and, the other email had ANOTHER confirmation number. So now I'm freaked out, cause they are going to charge me for 2 rooms now unless this is fixed.. So i send a quick email to info@lkpattaya.com and tell them what happened and to cancel one of the reservations.. and to confirm everything. I go back to the LKR page I was a when i booked the reservation, I notice a Modify/Cancel link in the top right. I click it, and enter in one of the confirmation numbers and my last name.. yea, reservation is made.. So I close that window, and do the modify/cancel link again, and give that confirmation number and last name.. yes... another reservation. So i hit the cancel reservation button and there is a comment field and i say that i want this reservation canceled due to double booking made by the website. I go back and shoot info@lkpattaya.com another email telling them that i canceled one of the reservations and to PLEASE confirm that i have a booked room for the confirmation number i kept and to please confirm everything.. I give my cell phone number as well so if they need to call, they can. I have not heard back from the info email address. I have heard back from Fo.. but not really a reply, as he never addressed WHY i was quoted more over email than what they were charging on the website. All he did was reply back with "You already book on website" Fo. So who knows whats going to happen lol Lou

I sent a Card msg to them the day before and also have not heard back from them. An odd thing is that... Im tyring to stay at the LK Renessance, and i sent a email to a fo_renaissance@lkpattaya.com and asked how much the 1 Bed room suite was ..Checking in Oct 4th and checking out Oct 18th and was told I can get the room for 4500 - 20% for a total of 3600 THB. Now, if i go to their website lkpattaya.com and click on the Quick Reservation button, and put in the LK renessance, and the dates from above, It shows i can get the room for 2700 THB.. thats 4500 - 40%.. and it says that... Sent an email back to FO asking why i was being quoted More than what they have on the website.. and also have not heard back. Duno what to do. Lou EDIT: Just read the email above... On the main page that seems to take FOREVER to load.... there should be a Quick Reservation button. Click it and it wisks you away to another page that pops up, were you put in the dates you think you want to stay, and it checks the availability of the rooms... Then you choose what room you want, and it tells you how much for the room Normal, Weekly and Daily. As far as I can see, If you reserve your room, you pay 50% of the room up front. Per their website.. Guarantee Policy Credit Card Deposit of 50 percent of stay is required upon reservation. Cancellation Policy Allow Cancellation Deadline is at 6 PM If your reservation is cancelled more than 7 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 0 THB. If your reservation is cancelled within 7 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 10 percent of stay. If your reservation is cancelled, the cancellation charge is 1 night(s). So... to the others who have stayed.. should i book the website? Will they honor the price when I get there, or should i wait and see what Tong send back in the email? Lou

Thanks, Louis However on their website, rooms are listed at 2700 a night for the weekley rate... they quoted me by email only 20% off the normal tarriff of 4500.. the lkpattaya.com website gives me 40. This is all during the times i requested to stay there from Check in Oct 4 and check out Oct 18. Also, after looking around the website has the Studio rooms at 1500 after the weekly discount... also 40% off normal tarriff. So i emailed them back with both things i found to ask why i was quoted more than what is being said on the website... I think the studio room at 1500 sounds like a great deal. Anyone know why they quoted different prices? Should i book their website? Will they honor the price when i get there when i pay my 50% deposit online? I dont want to think im getting the room at 1500 and then get there and its 2400 or whatever... Lou

My flight from PDX (Portland , Oregon, USA) to BKK was 20 hours and then the trip to Pattaya was another 2, and the quick unpack of the bags and out the door to lookie loo... Id say i was up 30 hours at the least. I cant sleep on planes.. So i just sat and watched all the movies they had playing that were of intrest.. even tried some of those silly games they have. Lots of music and lots of movies is the only way i get by. Sleep.. whats that.. Lou

When i 1st got to thailand, i didnt know how to pronounce singha right lol I drank that for a while, till i tryed San Miguel Light... i then switched over to that. Im pretty much a piss beer drinker... no dark beers.. coors light, bud light..ect... also dont care for the taste of Heiniken either.. Lou
