Only a few girls in Nevada during the day. At least when I was there last month. They do have some good happy hour specials however. They have short time rooms upstairs, and some of the girls can aggressively try to encourage you to take them short-time upstairs. I only saw one looker during my last trip. The rest of the girls ranged from mildly attractive to butt-ugly! An okay place to relax away from the heat for a while, but it is not a good place to go if you are trolling for companionship!

It is not necessary to reconfirm on Northwest. I have flown NWA several times to BKK and never had to reconfirm. However, they do have a Bangkok reservation phone number that you can use to reconfirm if it will make you sleep easier.

Northwest does not require you to reconfirm your reservation.

I just returned from the LOS visiting Pattaya and Bangkok. This trip I relied almost exclusively on ATM's. In the last couple of years there have been many more ATM's installed in Pattaya. If one was out of order, there usually would 2 or 3 thers close by. I did encounter one bank, can't remember which one, that did charge a 35 baht transaction fee. All of the other bank machines I used did not charge a fee. Fortunately, my bank does not charge as well, so ATM's are extremely convenient for me to use. Most of the ATM's only seem to give out 1000 baht notes. I did find one on Beach Roa

The Ambassador Hotwl sounds like a crap shoot! You have to ask youself, do you feel lucky! If so, take a chance and sgay there, otherwise, stay at a sure bet such as the Nana!

Why would anyone in their right mind fly Aeroflot? Their safety record and quality of service are among the worst airlines in the world!

September is still low season. Plenty of girls. Hotels are still at there cheapest rate. I usually go to Pattaya in August or September. Two more days till I leave for the LOS !

I am under the impression that a lot of Asian tours stay there. walking by the hotel on previous trips, I have seen lots of asians. Nothing wrong with this, but I prefer to stay elsewhere. The restaurant at the Ambassador is decent however. The hotel may okay, but as a general rule I prefer hotels that don't have tour groups staying there, particularly asian tour groups. The hotel is conveniently close to one of my favourite places, the Thermae coffeshop[. Just my two bahts worth!

Does anyone have any experience with bringing more than one guest back to this hotel at a time? Does the Flipper attempt to charge a joiner fee for the second guest? I am arriving in Pattaya on Aug 17 and currently have a reservation at the Flipper Soi 7. If they are going to charge me for more than one guest I may have to look around for other accomodations.
