It appears I'll be needing some medical support if I'm to last three weeks in Pattaya. I found it easy to get full-strength brand-name ED meds at a good price in Mexico. Other countries, hassles, high prices and ineffective generics/counterfeits. What's the situation in Pattaya? And should I need medical attention, what are my options?
