I have a very nice newly renovated one in the best block (S1) for sale at 1.45m. Ready to move in. See thread in The Market section.

I have just finished completely renovating a studio in S1 block at Jomtien Beach Condominium, and it is now offered for sale at 1.45 million baht (in foreign name). The condo has full air con, shower room, kitchen, new tv and new furniture. Jomtien Beach Condominium is one of the best managed complexes in the Pattaya area and facilities include two large swimming pools, two fitness centres, car parking, full security, and lots of restaurants, bars, laundries, internet cafes etc. It is also on the baht bus route and 100 metres from the beach. I have also always had that feeling. Can anyone shed any light on this? Come on Cheshire Tom, what's your opinion?
