Thanks Emil for that thorough and prompt reply. I plan to spend at least two weeks in Pattaya several months from now. Maybe I'll spend some of it at the RG, some of it at one of the Flippers, and some of it who knows where. :) I might as well get a good sampling of accommodations as well as "entertainment" venues. Some have said that the Residence Garden Hotel is pretty "far from the action" and a little difficult to return to at night. As a specific point of reference, approximately how far is the RG Hotel from the FLB in terms of distance? Is it too far to walk comfortably or safely? By contrast, how far are the Flipper House and Lodge from the FLB? Regards, Steve
