The key is that you don't have to make a reservation. Just walk in, and you will get the best rate. I usually stay in Sabai Inn, on the other side of the street, it is cheaper, 750 per room, and you just cross the street to use the pool. I am never up for breakfast, but I like to eat dinner by the pool of Sabai Lodge, even if I stay at a completely different place.
