I want a room with a view, an ocean view. 1. Is it feasible for me to buy now, and rent out the unit? 2. What is the best site online to look at available condos? 3. Because of the 49% Farang / 50% Thai ownership law, do many "insiders" get the jump on new developments? 4. What are your thoughts on Thai owned versus Foreign owned/developed properties? 5.
