The only access to Sutus Court is now from Soi Lengkee as a new Hotel is being built on the old entrance on Soi Buakheow.The work seems to have halted so the noise factor is not a problem.Pattaya Owl

I stayed there last week.Rooms from 450 baht,excellant value.All amenities including swimming pool.
