  1. I'll give a look for Dr Apichai place on Pattaya Klang. I also checked with Bangkok Pattaya Hospital and there are 3 doctors in the nasal sinus clinic, so will probably go see one of them while I'm in Patts. Thanks for responses.
  2. Going back to Patts this Saturday, landing in BKK about 3.20pm from a BA flight leaving Heathrow 10pm Fri night. Back in March on my 2nd last day in Patts I got a strep throat infection, this was only confirmed after I got home, from, I now believe, the AC, but I've had issues with the throat since then. Various types of antibiotics given which cleared the strep infection, but I think the underlying cause has been a blocked sinus, which resulted in post nasal drip (mucus flowing down the back of the throat as opposed to down the nose). I've tried OTC decongestants, antihistamines and various nasal sprays, but I still believe its a blocked sinus. I've even tried nasal irrigation with saline solution but these seem to only clear out the nasal sinus and I think its the sinus area above the bridge of the nose located in the forehead area. Back home I've gone to 2 specialists, one an ENT who took a look at an ulcer I had near my tonsils, because of all the meds I was taking, the good bacteria in my mouth were wiped out and the bad bacteria had a field day, and decided to do a biopsy on the area. Negative for cancer. His initial consultation was €150 for 10 minutes chat. Biopsy and CT scan procedure had to get whacked on the Health Insurance. 2nd consultant was a oral/teeth specialist as I wanted a second opinion on the back of my throat and the effect the bacteria were having on my teeth/gums - Xray on teeth and consultation €230. Looking for a doc/clinic or ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist who can take an xray of the sinuses and let me know. Thanks
