Ohhhhhh, If only it were true that money could do the talking !

The bleeding, oozing pusstules on my face are hard to hide. But the clothes cover them on the rest of my body so why are the girls "stand offish" ? I don't get any here, either. Ouch. Hey,,,,don't get me laughing........they will start bleeding more !

My real estate agent takes the first months rent as a commission. And twelve percent of the remaining payments as a management fee. If the agent doesn't get at least two months upfront, there is nothing to give to the owner. Maybe the OP should rent the place on the stated terms, and then start a management company offering great service with low commissions.

Thanks all, The north road, just before sukumvit, on the left side there is a great electric shop. They had a couple to choose from and explained what size I needed for a big electric motor. Worked great.

Hi, I'm new. I figured that I should say hello. And I have an off topic question. I have some american iron that needs power. Maybe you are thinking that Tucom should have an inverter downstairs. They do, but only 12v to 220v. I am looking for 220v to 110v. On the third floor they have one they call a converter, but it is only good for 60 watts. I need a bit more power. Anyone ? Kernal
