I told them, I was more than willing to pay the 16k Baht in advance - thats normal. I also informed them that I never made an extra deposit on top of that ever in pattaya. He got back with me saying it's company policy. Oh well, time to look elsewhere.

Appartments seems to look good, want to stay at there for a month. But they are asking an advance payment for the room in full 16000, and another 16000 as deposit. Is this normal? Because I stayed at Citinloft before but they didn't require an extra month deposit, only the month which I understand.

Hope it will hit 51 or 52 again.
