Does anybody remember Shagger bar in Jomtien? -
straight whiskey lowers blood sugar and there are no carbs in rum. I am a 35 year diabetic and I still drink my whiskey and rum. A Dr. turned me on to the straight whiskey bit. It's all the sugary mixes that cause the problem.

Does anybody know where Lek the manager of Shagger Bar in Jomtien is? Shagger bar closed in Aug of 09. I have lost track of Lek, she was a very good friend of my wife and I.
