Thanks for the tip on Koreatownn in BKK. I had a decent meal there, but live in pattaya, so it is a little far to go. I love Korean food. I havent been sick a day in 9 years, knock on wood. I put it down to eating kimchee on a daily basis and drinking copious amounts of beer nightly. The beer stuns any viruses in my body and the kimchee destroys them with 5000 years of Korean culture. The double whammy, as it were. how about places in Pattaya? Seen any?

Can anyone tell me where I can find a good one of each? I have a taste for Korean food, kimchee in particular.

There used to be a bar where the california Wow now is on second road that was called Sex pistols. It was run by a cool English guy named John, from England. Looks like the bar has been long gone; I was there last in 2004. I wonder what ever happened to john. Does anyone know him?

Gentlemen, What is the easiest way to stay in Thailand and do the periodic visa run? I am thinking about a flight to Phnom Pehn to get a 2 month visa that can be extended 1 month in Thailand, but that is a bus ride up to the airport, the flight, 3 business days to wait for the visa in PP, flight back, bus ride back down to Payyaya. Seems like too much trouble. They still have bus visa runs to the border, but that is only 15 days visa you get...who does that? What is the bus bus visa run company and also a good price? What is the easiest and most cost effective way to stay 5 months (without getting a visa where you have to prove income)?

This sucks. What is the rule for buying beers? There is a certain time that large supermarkets cant sell alcohol? What are those hours? What is the reasoning behind this law?

Gentlemen, I will be in Pattaya on Tuesday night. I plan to stay for two months. I will find an apartment in South Pattaya (any ideas in the less than B15,000 range?). But the thing is, I need a stable internet connection because I will still be working online and need to access the office's website very early in the morning. Do apartments for a month or two to rent have wifi? Is there a month to month wifi deal available from an internet company locally?
