as many plus's as minus's i'm afraid, if you are a frequent gym/swimming pool/non barlady chasing guy with your own transport (a bit like a monk with a motorbike)you will probably find karma,on the +side the local bars are cheap enough the market is on your doorstep the--side the cable tv is crap,you can't get true vision = you'll be out most nights=you won't fancy the gym ect ect
