The best place in Koh Samui to watch the Rugby world cup is the Billabong Surf Club, Fisherman's Village, amazing views, great food, huge cold draught & bottled beer selection and a full rugby coverage for every game of the world cup. The walls are covered in World Cup history, draws, pools information and road to the world cup posters plus they open at 9am with plenty of time for a big breakfast to get the days activities under way.
